Returns + Exchanges

RETURNS

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning your item for authorization. A full refund is not guaranteed if return is made without authorization.

• Original shipping costs will be deducted from each refund to cover the amount we originally paid to ship the package.

• Certain items are NOT eligible for return/exchange. Please see below for items that cannot be returned/exchanged:

  • solid gold (fine) jewelry is final sale.

  • Custom or personalized orders (i.e- bracelets/anklets/necklaces)

  • earrings/hoops (for sanitary/hygiene reasons)

  • Items on sale

• email me (info@tooposhh.com) for the address to send your piece(s) back to.

• INCORRECT ADDRESS/RETURNED PACKAGE FEE
  Contact us for more information if your package has been returned to sender due to providing an incorrect address. Please be aware there are processing fees for packages returned to sender.

Exchanges

• Please note that while we do accept exchanges, all shipping costs will be at the expense of the customer. You will be expected to cover this cost unless the exchange is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
  

• Exchanged items aren't eligible for free shipping.
