All items are made to order. Processing time is subject to change based on order volume.

  • Production Time

    Since all our products are handmade and customized on-demand, please allow YOUR ORDER TO PASS THE ABOVE MENTIONED PRODUCTION TIME PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER BEING dispatched from our workshop.

    Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your personal tracking code. If you have not received it, or have another problem, contact us at info@Tooposhh.com or check your junk/spam folder.

  • Domestic shipping (Canada)

    we use Canada Post expedited services for all our canadian shipments.

    Please allow up to 72 business hours to see any information populate on their site after your order has been fulfilled online. We use a third-Party carrier that processes your packages first before it gets handed over to Canada post for its finale delivery.



  • usa shipping

    we use usps first class mailing services to ship out any usa orders with our third-party courier. Please allow up 72 business hours for usps to receive your package.

  • international/overseas shipping

    we use ascendia tracking to ship all overseas orders. please note that it typically takes anywhere between 4-6 weeks to deliver once the item is shipped. once your order is fulfilled, you will recieve an email with your tracking link. alternatively you can copy and paste the tracking number through this link:

    *******PLEASE BE note that your national postal service will complete the delivery of your order. We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duties and tax and others will not, and all at different rates! You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies and any customs fees are solely the customer's responsibility.

    We do not accept returns as all products are handmade and customized for every customer.

**Failed deliveries due to providing incomplete or wrong addresses are automatically charged with a $15 return fee & re-shipping fee based on your location.

  • 24-Hours Cancellation/Modification Period

    To cancel or change your order you must notify us within 24 hours from when the order was placed. 

    After 24-hours your order will be marked as a valid order and not available for cancellation due to the personalized nature of our product.
